Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The pool area was quite nice and offered a relaxing atmosphere, making it easy to enjoy those sunny days. However, the dining experience left a lot to be desired, especially the in-room dining which was underwhelming. The location is decent for those willing to walk a bit, but it's not the most convenient if you have mobility issues. Overall, it’s an okay option but I wouldn't say it was exceptional.
My stay at this hotel started off on the wrong foot with a long wait for check-in and room issues. The staff's unprofessional behavior left a lot to be desired, making the whole experience frustrating. On the bright side, the pool area was nice and I had some good moments enjoying the sun. However, the dining experience was terrible, with unhygienic conditions that were unacceptable. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place.
My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. Upon check-in, I encountered major delays and unprofessional service. The cleanliness of the dining area was unacceptable with mosquitos around the food. The facilities could be good, but unfortunately, the overall experience was overshadowed by the poor customer care and room issues. The only redeeming quality was the spacious layout of the rooms, though they felt a bit run down.
The hotel is located in a pretty peaceful area, which is great if you don’t mind a bit of a walk to popular spots like Walking Street. The rooms are spacious but definitely show some signs of wear and would benefit from renovation. Although the breakfast was just average, the staff was accommodating when I had issues. Just be aware that the absence of an elevator and the parking situation could make it challenging for those traveling with older guests or heavy luggage.
My stay at the resort was filled with mixed experiences. The ambiance was natural and serene, which was a pleasant surprise in the city. The room was spacious and nice, but it could use some renovations. The service quality varied; while some staff were very kind, others weren't as helpful. Overall, it seemed like a decent location with easy beach access, but there’s room for improvement, especially in service and facilities.
